ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Logistics and Planning Manager in Baettr, you will have the overall responsibility for motivating and development of 4 dedicated employees and to ensure the day to day running and development of the logistics and planning function.
You will be working closely together with the production Manager to secure there is a Stabil flow through the production.
In addition, you will be responsible for Master planning and as such you will be working on a Global scale aligning our global capacity with customer demands.
You will be key player and part of the management team and you will report directly to our VP Factory Manager in Lem.
The work location will be at our factory in Lem St. Denmark

The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position or maybe you are ready to make the next step in your career.
You have a minimum of 5 years ‘experience with logistics and production planning from an order-producing company – preferably with insight into Lean principles. You have in-depth knowledge of working with ERP systems. You have a structured way of working and understand the importance of a high degree of detail.
You are a team player with good communication skills and can pass on relevant information clearly and precisely. Based on your experience, you can review and analyze date from the entire value chain, and you can identify and implement continuous improvements. We work closely together in the team and emphasize a good mood. You have an open approach to our routines but can challenge existing processes – and thrive in a changing everyday life.
To succeed in this role, you will need to:

- Management, motivating and development of your team.
- Planning of production including resources and capacity.
- Purchasing - to secure we always have the right material/components in the right quality in place.
- Secure that our ERP system is up to date.
- Communication on an ongoing basis regarding delivery and delivery-capability to relevant stakeholders
- Stock management
- Direct communication with customers
- Predict lack of capacity – and find alternative solutions in a timely manner.
- Developing and implementing lean administrative processes.
