As an Associate Outsourcing Professional your day-to-day work will be a varied mix of responsibilities and will include a high degree of interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, in an engaging and dynamic environment. Your tasks will also include: • Collaborate on contract preparation within the Clinical Outsourcing Management Team, Clinical Operations Teams, and suppliers, ensuring clarity of contract content and language with key accounts • Review and format-check contracts for accuracy before approval, utilizing Novo Nordisk's contract management and procurement system (Coupa) throughout the contracting and procurement processes • Track contracts in the Clinical Outsourcing Management tool, maintaining an overview of contracts in preparation • Contribute to the establishment and ongoing improvement of the working process for contract preparation within Clinical Outsourcing Management • Provide ad hoc assistance to Key Accounts for therapeutic areas or skill areas regarding planning and execution of Supplier Oversight Council, bid defence meetings, RFP, and other related activities
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: • Master’s or bachelor’s degree within related field or equivalent experience gained from similar position

Clinical Outsourcing Management supports Novo Nordisk’s Clinical Drug Development projects in driving and executing the clinical contracting process from request for information to signed contract, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. We are responsible for contracting and supplier management within the clinical area and for securing a strong clinical sourcing infrastructure.
