The Position
As a Senior Project Manager in IFP Supply Chain, you will collaborate closely with our global network of production sites and headquarter stakeholders. Your work will have significant impact on some of the core processes in the supply chain. You will be entrusted with ensuring that supplies are delivered to the millions of patients relying on Novo Nordisk to provide them with highest quality products on time. This role demands a high level of independence as you will represent and make decisions that will impact the entire SVP area within IntraLogistics, warehousing and Supply Chain, covering the fields of Planning, Logistics and Distribution. You will be responsible for: • Leading and integrating complex global IFP Supply Chain projects
• Supporting and optimizing global IFP Supply Chain Network
• Driving and supporting IFP Supply Chain strategy and development
• Optimising processes and systems through improving methods and techniques A high level of flexibility is a big part of this role. You will mostly travel between our sites in Denmark: Hillerød, Kalundborg and Bagsværd. However, some travel activities should be expected to our production sites in Brazil, USA, China, and France as well.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has good insight and experience within supply chain across manufacturing areas in a global organization. Our ideal candidate has excellent collaboration skills and can communicate with a broad set of stakeholders ensuring clear argumentation to ease decision making for senior management. To succeed in this role, you have: • A MSc in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering or similar
• Extensive experience in Programme/Project leadership and with process management and optimisation
• Experience in supply chain within highly regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical will be an advantage
• Good understanding of the performance management and navigating complex business environment
• Professional proficiency in English On a personal level, you are inspiring and motivating, and can lead teams in international environment. You consider yourself a skilled innovator, who strives for continuous improvement and likes to challenge existing processes. You are motivated by optimisation and development. Your networking skills and the ability to communicate with people from various cultural backgrounds enhance collaboration across borders. About the department
Novo Nordisk Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (IFP) is an area within Novo Nordisk that is responsible for production across 7 global production sites. We are looking for Senior Project Manager to IFP IntraLogistics and Supply Chain Projects. The department is responsible for developing and optimising our internal logistic processes across the global network by implementing smarter ways of working via use of LEAN principles, automation, and process digitalisation. Some of our focus areas are optimising lead times, simplifying processes and optimising movements of goods between the sites. Working at Novo Nordisk
