As Sourcing Professional, you will be key in sourcing and contracting activities across the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) department and production. You will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders cross functionally to optimise processes within procurement as a whole! Your key responsibilities will include: Managing invoices and invoice flow and follow up on material/service availability. Planning and execution of sourcing events. Driving the sourcing process and execute negotiations with suppliers. Managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities and related actions. Ensuring procurement compliance and contract management. In this role, you will be also tasked with driving improvements with your colleagues to mature processes. Qualifications
Your experiences include: Preferably an academic degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or relevant with 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or in a functional related role. Preferably experience from the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry supported by GMP/ GxP. Experience with SAP/ SAP MM, Coupa or similar procurement systems. Good understanding of purchasing processes, experience with investment projects is desirable. Ability to management stakeholders and governance setup. Professional proficiency of Danish and English both written and spoken.

You will be a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) with approximately 8.000 employees across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain before our products are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg we are approximately 400 employees responsible for assembling and packing products on our production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity.
The IFP Kalundborg (IFP KA), Finance & Operational Strategy department is a cornerstone in IFP KA Business Support team. Our team currently consists of 16 members, you will be working closely with 2 other Sourcing Professionals and 2 Operators. The wider team consists of Finance, Local Flow Coordinators, Local Material Coordinator, Master Data Stewards, and Supply Chain Analysts who are highly experienced, motivated professionals dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine.
