The position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to manage our global implementations of SAP ECC, SAP EWM – and the parallel S/4HANA upgrade. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale SAP/ERP implementations and migrations, or prior experience with warehouse management systems. You will join our IT & Automation area in the global FFEx program, where you will ensure central planning and coordination between our system delivery teams, our global and domestic sites and our program stakeholders.
In this role you will coordinate the planning and execution of multiple simultaneous SAP EWM and SAP ECC implementations including our parallel S/4HANA upgrade together with our separate SAP programs, ARTs and delivery teams, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations as well as Identifying opportunities for project improvements and implement best practices. Main responsibilities will be: Ensure a standardized implementation scope and operational readiness. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and project risks and issues are identified and managed. Activates the right stakeholder at the right point in time to fully capture the dependencies across the SAP Applications Manage project resources, including internal team members and external consultants, to ensure project success. Ensure ongoing project planning, status reports, and other project documentation/reporting. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members. Do you have what it takes?
To fulfil this role, we are looking for an experienced SAP IT Project Manager who can think and plan strategically while giving direction to the executing teams. Having some of this experience from a greenfield track in a manufacturing or production program is an advantage. Other than that, we hope to see that you have: Relevant master’s degree, and you will be able to work out of Denmark. Experience in SAP project management, ERP or global WMS implementations incl. large migration projects. SAP certifications in project management is a plus. Experience in leading project teams of 10 or more members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand and navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape. Proven track record as a strong project manager in a complex and regulated environment, naturally achieving followership from your project teams Recognition as an inspirational project leader who can bring together various stakeholders and suppliers towards a common goal with utmost transparency. Flavour for building business insights through data and by listening to and understanding your stakeholders, you lead naturally in a project by communicating a clear aspiration and clear priorities. As a person, you are energised by taking responsibility, not only for your own deliverables but also for ensuring cross organisational alignment and communicating on all levels in the organisation.
