The position We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Technology Innovation within Injectable Finished Products (IFP) - Manufacturing Development (ManDev) in Product Supply. Currently the program is staffed with one program manager and two project managers – all of which are reporting to the same department Director. Your main tasks in this role: You will be responsible for the Formulation Program in Technology Innovation. The purpose of the program is to ensure future and current filling lines in production are running optimally and optimized for maximum efficiency, by ensure newest technology is integrated into the process. You will coordinate the various projects of the program, ensure right prioritization, continuously assessment, and prioritize cost/benefits for solutions of current gaps. You are expected to manage some projects of the program yourself. Your responsibilities: Manage a program, i.e., assessing gaps, initiating of new projects. Ensuring value creation is maximized in the program. Develop program plans, timelines, risks & mitigations, and budgets. Manage network of relevant stakeholders, incl. the program steering group and the scientific advisory board. Lead teams and ensure effective communication among team members. Ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget. Monitor program progress and report on status to stakeholders. High drive, energy, and motivation are key to succeed, and the ability to maneuver in an extensive stakeholder landscape. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, reporting, and communication to governance are essential for this role. The ideal candidate has previous Program and Project Management experience, preferably within a comparable industry. Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field 2+ years of Project Management experience PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus. Experience in aseptic production and filling process is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, reporting, and communication to governance are essential for this role. This means that we aim to apply newest technology to create innovative, scalable, and robust solutions within various areas of the filling process. We are a team of program and project managers, and part of the area of Technology Innovation, which we share with teams of innovation engineers.
