Do you want to support decision-makers in managing the supply/demand balance in the current high-growth period? Then take on this unique development opportunity and apply for our Project Manager role supporting the Secretariat to the Supply/Demand Committee (SDComm). The position In essence, the team is responsible for driving the monthly process for the Supply/Demand Committee (Executive mgmt. level) and for SVP S&OP (level below Executive mgmt.). This requires preparation of meeting agendas, decision material, and standard reports. You will be working with stakeholders from across the value chain including from manufacturing, supply chain, commercial strategy, finance, and operating units. You will be reporting to Head of SDComm Secretariat, who is part of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. Ensure effective SDComm and SVP S&OP governance incl. agenda setting, minutes, pre-read, analyses, reports, follow-up on actions etc. Prepare decision material to manage supply/demand balance. Report on risks to supply/demand volumes. Prepare relevant communication to other governance bodies, e.g., ExecMgmt and Board of Directors Support with ad-hoc analyses Qualifications You are the ideal candidate if you have professional experience with: Navigating a senior and cross-functional stakeholder group Communicating and synthesising complex matters into clear recommendations. Working independently and managing cross-functional projects 1-3 years of working experience relevant for this position Knowledge of supply chain and/or finance is an advantage. English must be mastered fluently in speaking and writing. On a personal level you have high level of integrity, are openminded and curious, and therefore constantly on the lookout for how to improve processes. You are a team player, a great collaborator, and you utilise your relationships with your stakeholders to achieve success in your projects and tasks.
