As a Global Project Manager - AP Implementation, you will be welcomed into a strong team of fellow Project Managers and Implementation Engineers who are supporting and improving our Aseptic Production (AP) in Injectable Finished Products Asset Management and Platform Performance (IFP AMPP) department. You can expect your primary projects to be within aseptic production, and part of your responsibilities will be to drive the global implementations of new technologies on our sites in e.g.: China, Brazil, USA, France, and Denmark. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading Implementation projects/programs of new technology globally
Stakeholder management and presenting to steering groups
Working close together with tech development team, technical excellence team and the local site across the entire network
Global problem solving and facilitation
The position is based in Bagsværd, but since it has a global impact with our IFP sites, you will have the opportunity to travel! It variates from project to project and from person to person but can be expected. Moreover, the team has a dynamic and flexible approach to working where you will have a combination of working onsite, working from home, and working globally! Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: MSc Degree or Diploma Engineer in Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Mechanics, Pharmaceutical Science or other relevant field
At least 3 years’ work experience with project management with a strong PM toolbox
Experience from the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry, particularly in manufacturing field, will be considered an advantage
Experience with validation, robotics, machines, and equipment
Professional proficiency in English combined with great communication skills and ability to build relations cross functionally in a global organization
On a personal level, you see yourself as being self-driven, with a focus on quality and a problem-solving approach to drive complex projects and manage a broad stakeholder landscape. Furthermore, you can keep a good overview and coordinate many ongoing activities. A solution-oriented mindset is ingrained in your approach, and you are well-versed in implementing continuous improvement strategies that drive success. About the department
You will be a part of the AP Reliability and Implementation department in IFP Asset Management and Platform Performance, Product Supply (PS). Your working place will be in Bagsværd, Denmark. The team's mission is to minimize or eliminate human intervention in our production through new technologies. You will work together with specialist, academics, technicians, and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines.
