On this position, you will drive the adoption of Agile values in a context of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE). You will facilitate, coach, and continuously improve Agile methodologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of innovation. Your key responsibilities will be to: Take a partner and lead role for agile transformation as a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) representative. Facilitate and train the organization to achieve an Agile mindset, values, and methodologies as well as role model techniques and behaviors. Lead, mentor, and influence leadership teams on all levels to drive change and enable the organization to become value driven. Take a lead role for driving features and improvements in Global LACE backlog and with full in scope. Drive continuous improvement and scaling of the Agile methodology, tools and processes based on data and learnings captured in our teams. Which competencies to bring?
For this role we are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the following requirements: Extensive experience driving organizational agility in global settings, with a focus on people aspects, change management and cultural transformation. Product- and business acumen demonstrated through the strategic application of value driven development with strong product orientation Technical proficiency enabling promotion of enterprise-level technical agility through hands-on examples and effective coaching and mentoring. Advanced expertise as an Agile Lean Practitioner, adept at adapting, scaling, and innovating Agile frameworks to suit organizational needs. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or similar will be a clear advantage. On a personal level, you will be a great fit for this role if you are genuine and trustworthy and a superhero facilitator skilled at giving feedback in a supportive way even when it's tough. You can handle tricky situations with stakeholders with ease and empathy, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts smoothly. As a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence, our main focus in 2024/25 is to accelerate flow and enhance product understanding across , while fostering learning and addressing people- and leadership-related aspects. Our LACE service catalogue includes partnering with business, providing concise coaching packages, offering a robust training catalogue, and driving hypothesis-driven continuous improvements. You will join a highly skilled team of 9 people facilitating agile maturity, alongside 11 experienced Agile Coaches who support teams and scaled agile setups.
