As part of DD&IT, Injectable Finished Products (IFP) IT consist of more than 500 dedicated and passioned colleagues distributed across the globe with overall responsible for supporting the global production sites in the IFP network and set the IT/OT strategic direction of the sites. What you will be doing As a Senior Business Integration Manager, you will be responsible for building up a standing team, partly virtual, to take responsibility of all integration related activities after day 100 within area scope. Additionally, in this role your responsibilities are to: Lead the team and ensure to constantly improve the way we work and collaborate Actively participate in facilitating strong capabilities in the integration team Secure cross collaboration within DD&IT to ensure operational integration plans are executed effectively Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders globally, and informally make an impact for the better of the team and the ambitious agenda Ensure to include and involve other areas of DD&IT and IFP when needed in the relevant phases of the transaction and operations The position is based in Denmark at our new facility in Ballerup and with colleagues around the world, you will have a global career path and international development opportunities. What we scout for To be successful in this role, we imagine you have most of the following: Master’s degree in business or other relevant field At least 10 years of experience within IT or another relevant field Strong understanding in M&A, preferably in large complex organization where you have been part of the whole process Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels On a personal level you can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on.
