EPI-USE Denmark is looking for an IT junior project manager to run important HR and payroll projects for some of our customers in the Nordic region. You will become part of our Danish department under EPI-USE Nordics and Baltics, where you will have approximately 30 colleagues in the Nordic region. EPI-USE is a consultancy that delivers HR, time, and payroll solutions to our customers. We have highly specialized consultants with best-in-class experience and competencies. You will be part of our group of service delivery managers and project managers. We have a flat organization where it is possible to influence the daily work and contribute to the continued development of the company.
Your role as a junior project manager
As a junior project manager, you are responsible for ensuring progress in the project from initiation to final implementation. The tasks include that you contribute to clarification and specification of business requirements, process and solution design, project planning and follow-up, as well as ensuring the necessary change management.
You will be assigned a sparring partner / mentor with whom you do sparring and who you can guide you in the role as project manager.
You will start by managing projects of limited size and complexity but should expect that you will quickly be faced with project of increasing complexity.
You can expect to manage one or more projects in parallel, as well as ensure resource allocation and financial follow-up in collaboration with our consultant manager.
You may be new to project management – or want to learn it The ideal candidate has previously worked as a project manager in a similar position and/or have a relevant theoretical background at bachelor or master level. Maybe you are a recent graduate but want to get into project management.
Since EPI-USE is an international organisation, it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English at a high level. In addition, we expect:

Approximately 20-30 travel days per year should be expected. The number of travel days will vary depending on the needs of each project.
You will be offered a salary that is according to the nature of the position, requirements, and background. Pension scheme and health insurance are also part of the salary package.
Our offices are located in Fredericia, Randers and Copenhagen. We offer flexibility in working from home and office locations.
