EPI-USE Denmark is looking for an IT senior project manager to run important HR and payroll projects for some of our customers in the Nordic region. You will become part of our Danish department under EPI-USE Nordics and Baltics, where you will have approximately 30 colleagues in the Nordic region.
EPI-USE is a consultancy that delivers HR, time, and payroll solutions to our customers. We have highly specialized consultants with best-in-class experience and competencies. You will be part of our group of service delivery managers and project managers. We have a flat organization where it is possible to influence the daily work and contribute to the continued development of the company.
As a project manager, you will be involved in whole project lifecycle
We are a small consulting company where you will have the opportunity to be part of setting the direction for the continued development of our framework tools and procedures. In addition, you will be a mentor and sparring partner for our junior consultants, who are in the process of building competencies in the field.
As an IT senior project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the project is secured from initiation to implementation, including clarification and specification of business requirements, process and solution design, project planning and follow-up, as well as ensuring the necessary change management. You will have an active role in the sales process. It is important that projects get off to a good start and therefore we believe that project managers should be involved as early as possible to ensure a smooth handover.
In addition, as a project manager, you will have an important role in ensuring that our customers achieve the improvements and results that the projects are set out to accomplish. You can expect to lead several projects, of varying complexity, in parallel, as well as ensure resource allocation and financial follow-up in collaboration with our consultant manager.
Result driven project manager with a solid foundation
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience from a similar position and a relevant theoretical background at bachelor or master level.
Since EPI-USE is an international organisation, it is a prerequisite that you fluently speak and write English. In addition, we expect:

Approximately 20-30 travel days per year should be expected. The number of travel days will vary depending on the needs of each project.

Our offices are located in Fredericia, Randers and Copenhagen. We offer flexibility in working from home and office locations.
