We are looking for an HR process consultant who can drive optimization of processes and workflows when we implement our solutions with our customers in the Nordic region.

This is a newly created position, and you will be able to make your own imprint on the position and your job.

You will become part of our Danish department under EPI-USE Nordics and Baltics, where you will have approximately 30 colleagues in the Nordic region.

EPI-USE is a consultancy that delivers HR, time, and payroll solutions to our customers. We have highly specialized consultants with best-in-class experience and competencies. We have a flat organization where it is possible to influence the daily work and contribute to the continued development of the company.

Process consultant with both internal and external focus

You will be able to influence your work from day one when starting with us. It is therefore important that you are motivated by initiating and developing HR processes for the benefit of our customers as well as our own organization. You will assist our project managers and consultants in facilitating workshops where the focus is on the user journey and on creation of lean workflows in the HR administration.

We have a lot of technical knowledge in the organization, but you will be tasked with developing concepts for both process optimization, project implementation, and continuous improvement based on the needs that arise internally in our organization and in connection with projects for our customers.

Depending on your background there may also be an opportunity to play a role in relation to our local development of HR concepts, or perhaps you are motivated by being part of product development and process optimization on our reimbursement solution? The options are many and you background, and interests can help shape your future with us.

Do you have the HR toolbox in place?

Your background for entering into the position as HR process consultant can be manyfold. You can have extensive experience either by having practical experience from HR administration, having participated in implementation of HR systems (e.g., time, HR, or payroll solutions) or perhaps having an education within HR. In addition, we emphasize the following:

  • You want to bring your HR knowledge actively into play and can execute, so that we together can create involving and meaningful processes.
  • You have knowledge of collective agreements, working-time agreements, and/or the salary area.
  • You can facilitate workshops focusing on HR processes in an end-to-end perspective.
  • You work methodically and structured and thrive with both development and operational tasks.
  • You are a strong communicator and create lasting relationships.
  • EPI-USE is an international organization so you must be able to speak and write English fluently.

What we offer

An exciting position in an international company that is constantly evolving. You will lead everything from small to large projects where you will work with multicultural teams across functional areas.

Approximately 20-30 travel days per year should be expected. The number of travel days will vary depending on the needs of each project.

You will be offered a salary that is according to the nature of the position, requirements, and background. Pension scheme and health insurance are also part of the salary package.

Our offices are located in Fredericia, Randers and Copenhagen. We offer flexibility in working from home and office locations.
