We are two cross-functional teams are made up of UX designers, front-end and back-end developers, testers, and a Product Owner, all working together on our innovative and advanced algo based solution for drug quality control. We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master. You will play a critical role in helping our teams work together effectively to deliver high-quality software and ensure that we are meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your core responsibilities are to: Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and ensure that they are productive and effective Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the team is working towards well-defined goals, and that priorities are clear and well-communicated Help remove any obstacles that are preventing the team from working effectively, and ensure that the team is working towards continuous improvement Work closely with our people leader to understand the team's strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to improve team dynamics and performance Help ensure that our software development process meets the highest standards of quality and compliance, including GAMP5 guidelines Candidate profile At least 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, working with cross-functional teams Strong leadership and facilitation skills Proven record of working with people and their leaders to improve team dynamics and performance Experience with multi agile approaches and techniques, potentially agile at scale Experience working with AWS and ADO is an advantage Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Department overview You will be part of the Digital Accelerator, a part of Digital Incubator and Innovation. Your main working location will be in Ballerup and Bagsværd, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 100 people in Denmark, responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of the DA digital solutions.
