As Capacity Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the needed warehouse capacities are in place to support the unprecedented growth is currently undergoing, both with regards to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), process aids and raw materials.
This involves: Ongoing dialogue with a vast stakeholder landscape including all API production sites to understand what we will be receiving within the next 12 months Understanding the inflow of raw materials by close communication with procurement functions Identifying and communicating the correct mitigating actions to our internal organisation and offering support for implementation As Capacity Manager in Sourcing Warehousing your home will be one of two support teams, whose main task is to ensure that our capacities align with the requirements of as a whole. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, we imagine you: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree within natural sciences, supply chain, engineering or any other related field Are used to manipulate data set and are able to present complex data into actionable actions Possess good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrate significant stakeholder management skills Are fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken) As a person, you are analytical, structured and can work with frequently changing priorities. You are action-oriented and can get things done. Last but not least, you possess excellent communication skills that allow you to communicate with people at all layers of our organisation, while adapting your message and presentation accordingly. About the department You will be a part of a dynamic work environment where priorities are open to negotiation depending on the needs, which present us with, at any given point in time. Sourcing Warehouse is located both in Hillerød and Kalundborg. We handle and store raw materials from development to our end-product. The department consist of approximately 100 dedicated employees split between warehouse teams and support teams. The team that you will be a part of is responsible for supporting the validated state and maintenance of the warehouse facilities in Hillerød. The department is a part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp), which is a part of Contact Manufacturing, Sourcing and Devices (CSD). You will join a team of 14 dedicated colleagues supporting the floor by working actively with capacity and capabilities.
