The Position To ensure the safety of the patients using our dosage systems, everything we do must adhere to a well-defined set of regulations and quality standards. New processes and equipment must be qualified and validated to ensure that they comply with these standards. As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will be leading a project team working on the component manufacturing development for a new dosage system and play a key role in ensuring that the project members know what this requires from them. Your success is determined by the results of your project team. To this purpose you gather your team members around a clear scope and plan, and you ensure that they are excited and committed to deliver accordingly. Some of your main tasks include to: Align with managers to assign the right resources to the various tasks, and work together to find solutions to resolve performance and collaboration challenges Set up routines and structures to ensure effective communication and information sharing between project team members Have a full understanding of the critical path, bottlenecks, and risks of the project at all time Ensure that mitigating actions are in place and take the lead in clearing roadblocks that obstruct project progress, as well as ensuring that the project scope and schedule is kept up to date to reflect changes along the way Align and follow up with your customers to ensure that all deliverables meet their expectations meanwhile monitoring the progress, quality, and cost throughout the project On top of that, you will keep your steering group and stakeholders well informed and escalate when necessary. This position offers a high level of collaboration across the organization (from Strategic Sourcing to Quality Assurance) as well as with external suppliers. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you to: Hold at least a Bachelor degree in Engineering Possess knowledge of either plastics, metal, electronics or any other materials Have minimum 4 years of proven experience working as Project Manager Be fluent in English, both written and spoken We are looking for the right person to join our team and are open to different kind of experience. About the Department You will be joining 60+ dedicated colleagues in the Device Manufacturing Development Department in Hillerød. We develop the equipment and processes that transform great designs into actual products for our patients, bridging the gap between development and production lines. The dosage pen systems that are a big part of the success we enjoy are always under further development. We strive to ensure they meet and exceed the expectations of a growing and demanding market. We design all the equipment necessary to perform all the processes involved in the manufacturing of the dosage system components. You will be working alongside 17 experts in the field of manufacturing processes and raw materials for plastic, metal, and electronic components, and you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
