As Project Manager in Digital Supply Chain, Integrations & Traceability, your focus will be on driving key Supply Chain initiatives. You will be driving integrations to new external business partners with a focus on contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs). Your work will require you to prioritise between multiple tasks and navigate between stakeholders within and outside of . You will be working in an agile setup, where you will be part of a delivery team. You will also be working with a project team where you are expected to set clear direction and ensure progress and alignment with all affected areas. Therefore, you are required to have a structured approach and the ability to communicate in a professional yet simple manner. Your work will be bridging Supply Chain and IT, ensuring that the IT solution is aligned with people and processes. Your primary tasks will include: Drive implementation of integration projects in close collaboration with stakeholders from our global IT organisation Create project plans and ensure continuous progress, quality, and cost management. Identify and proactively address critical path, bottlenecks, and risks. Ensure best practice and robust Supply Chain solution designs. Stakeholder management - interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects. Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required: A master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business IT or similar Experience within Project Management, driving projects within Supply Chain or IT Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills and clear communication A solid understanding of business processes, standardisation, and preferably with an interest in IT Experience with serialisation is beneficial but not a prerequisite. Proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite As a person, you are proactive, responsible and with a structured mindset. You are a team player, and you engage in developing the team, both professionally and personally and you have excellent cross-cultural collaboration. About the department

Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Supply Chain & Finance, within Product Supply.
