This is a great opportunity to join our Business Analysis team, have an impact, and support the management in decision-making across the whole value chain. The Position
As a Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be: To support our development projects with a special focus on cost and resource management to ensure that we meet our targets. To support management by creating transparency and analysis for informed decision-making. Therefore, you will turn complex data into clear conclusions and easy-to-understand communication slides. To be the owner of the Dashboard. You will be working closely with Power BI dev to facilitate the tools used for decision-making.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold a master’s degree in business, science, R&D, or any other relevant field. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in big-data analysis, business analysis, or business controlling. Be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Be proficient with IT tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
As a person, you are self-driven, analytical, a good communicator, and function well in a dynamic global environment. You have strong business acumen and enjoy collaborating with many different stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds.
The above skills are of major importance as you have to establish a strong collaboration with the project organization based on mutual trust and be considered as a value-adding business partner. About the department
Global Trial Portfolio is the area responsible for driving operational excellence and innovation in the execution of our clinical development activities. It is a complex environment with many projects in our development portfolio. Transparency and in-depth analysis on global trial performance, capacity and cost management is critical to us.
You will be part of a Business Analysis function, a global department of dedicated professionals supporting and collaborating across the global clinical development organisation. We are translating numbers into insights for the business in three focus areas: performance management (productivity), cost management and resources management.
