The Position As the Medical Learning Associate Director you will lead a group of 5-6 highly motivated and skilled individuals. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for Medical Learning, including aligning with stakeholders on their needs and requirements. If you are a results-driven, strategic thinker and want to become a driving force in how we build capabilities in the organisation, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications To excel in this role, we anticipate that you bring a Master's degree coupled with 3 + years of experience in people management and managing larger projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to the above, you also need: Strong strategic and analytical skills Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with diverse partners at all levels of the organization Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and aligning with both team and collaborators Ability to create effective processes Preferably, you have experience in setting up systems and processes for organizational capability building About the department You will join a highly ambitious and driven team dedicated to providing inspiring and relevant medical learning to the worldwide medical affairs organisation and adjacent areas. In addition, the team drives the creation of the core medical communication for all our products.
