If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team as an Associate IT Project Manager in Finance, Legal and Global Solutions Digital, Data & IT.
What you will be doing?
As Associate IT Project Manager you become a vital player in the transformation of 's global Order to Cash process during an unprecedented period of growth. This initiative is part of our digitalization journey with the aim of leveraging our current SAP solution, while preparing for our future SAP S/4 HANA platform. Your role will involve driving tasks relating to the project's technical aspects and supporting the project’s leadership. With a global reach, you'll collaborate with colleagues across supply chain, finance, DD&IT, and with external partners, requiring strong communication, coordination, and vendor interaction skills. Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the functional project manager to ensure cohesive and collaborative project execution, assisting in the removal of obstacles and providing insight into challenges.
• Help define best practices and processes in collaboration with experts, ensuring compliance, managing access controls, security, and system integrations.
• Release and go-live planning, incl. running daily standups, PI plannings, managing Azure DevOps backlog along with creation and upkeep of project plans, detailing scope, timeline, and resource requirements.
• Assist in managing the technical aspects of the NextgenO2C implementation, from the MVP phase through to a comprehensive global deployment.
• Aid in developing an operational model for ongoing maintenance and support in designing and planning of IT Change management initiatives for the project.

• 2+ years of experience in project management or a similar position
• Experience in IT or finance and supply chain management processes.
• A structured approach to work where it is easy for you to coordinate and prioritize several tasks.
• Comfortable working within a complex, global, and cross-organizational setting.
• Knowledge of SAP and awareness of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and DevOps is beneficial.
