We are now looking for a new colleague to lead the quality assurance activities at the SOEC pilot production at our headquarters. Our SOEC electrolysis technology will, through its unmatched energy efficiency, play a significant role in the green electrification of the chemical and refinery industry.About usWe are headquartered in Denmark and have offices and operations globally and we are currently building an entirely new SOEC factory in Herning. You are passionate about quality and thrive when setting high standards for how we work with product and process quality. Ideally you have an engineering/scientist background and are experienced within product quality systems and management from a manufacturing point of view.Who we’re looking forYour focus will be to:Monitor and report on quality performance metrics on a regular basis Lead investigations into non-conformities or quality incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Own and further develop our improvement and deviation system Identify quality system improvements and improve data accessibility Participate in reviews and implementation of new quality points from R&D Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Facility knowledge transfer of quality between Herning factory and pilot production Train and educate production personnel on new quality systems standards and procedures Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness. You thrive using your organizational and technical knowledge when making or influencing decisions. You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and your strong knowledge of product and production process planning in manufacturing will be your key to success.What you’ll bringPreferably you have experience with:ISO 9001/TS16494, incl. audit experience PFMEA experience Process mapping Problem-solving tools 4C, 8D and SPS.
