About the role
We are looking for a Head of Information Security to lead our Global IT team that consists of 35 dedicated people, managing all IT related solutions and services across . The team is working out of Denmark and India.
As Head of Information Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our information security strategy, policies and practices and report to the CIO as a part of the IT leadership team. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work closely with the business owners to understand and adapt to changing business needs.

As Head of Information Security, you’ll:
- Lead the Information Security team in Denmark and in India.
- Be responsible for Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance when it comes to Information Security.
- Be responsible for Incident Management and Incident Response.
- Drive Information Security awareness within .
- Ensure that information security policies and processes are up-to-date and aligned with business needs and security best practices.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, or similar)
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Track record of driving change in large organizations
