Apply today and join us in our mission to improve the lives of patients! The position We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the standardization of Quality Control (QC) modules for Fill & Finish Expansions. Key responsibilities for this role will include:
  • Securing alignment within QC across our global project portfolio (France, US, Brazil & China).
  • Maintaining clear communication flows in a highly complex stakeholder landscape.
  • Facilitating meetings and communicating project updates to the organization.
  • Assist in setting the standard for future QC at Novo Nordisk.
    • Qualifications As a Project Manager, the ideal candidate should be skilled in collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They should be energetic, optimistic, and able to both create and execute plans. Clear and distinct communication in English, both written and spoken, is essential for the role. To be qualified for this role, we expect you to live up to the following:
  • A degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, or another relevant field.
  • You have a QC background and possess a clear understanding of the processes within this field, or you are a talented project manager with a swift mind for learning new things.
  • You possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, preferably with experience from working internationally across borders and time zones.
  • You’re not afraid of change and thrive in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty and ambiguity.
    • About the area You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
