Senior Project Manager, Intralogistics

The Position As a Senior Project Manager for the IL Work-Package, you will play an essential role in the successful implementation of a new technology standard that is the main connection between the warehouse facility and aseptic production, assembly, and packaging lines. We create the future standards for our new production facilities globally. In this role, you will perform the following activities:
• Project management of tasks within your work package including design of future technical solutions and process flows with a focus on adherence to the IL standards and authority requirements.
• Coordination with a complex landscape of stakeholders across [xxxxx], consultants and our preferred suppliers.
• Taking responsibility for getting global sites on board of the standardization journey, so we can design One standard and build many sites from the same design.
• Ensuring that the relevant documentation is updated, encrypted and applied in a standardised way.
• Having the opportunity to be part of a new department and helping us in designing the new organisation and setting the standard in collaboration with Fill & Finish Expansions, which stands for expansions of Aseptic and Finished goods Production (AP). Your workplace will be based in Lyngby, but as there is collaboration required on a global scale with our sites based in Europe, China, Brazil and the US, some international travel will be required. It is estimated that this will be a few days per month. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within natural sciences, engineering or similar and have minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (experience in aseptic production, in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a similar industry is considered a plus). Additionally, you should have:
• Strong leadership and project management experience of large technical and complex projects.
• Experience with driving design processes, documentation for qualification and implementation of new equipment.
• A drive for leadership and the ability to create results in a global stakeholder landscape with many different actors.
• A quality mindset and a drive to create the “right” solutions while challenging the status quo supported with data.
• An excellent command of verbal and written English. As a person, you are skilled at establishing relationships. You are proactive, solution-oriented and knowledge sharing is natural to you. You work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are naturally good at collaborating and communicating, also across professional groups, you can manage a high workload at times without losing sight and you have a can-do mindset. IL & FP is a newly established department within Fill & Finish Expansion. Whilst reporting to the Senior Manager of Intralogistics and FP execution, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our increasing department of [xxxxx] employees and consultants helping shape the organisation. Our main goal is to develop standard production facilities covering all material handling from goods-in to goods-out of the factories. This means that we need to design the process very thoroughly to secure all interfaces is designed in the best possible way. You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately +25.000 of [xxxxx]’s +60.000 employees.  Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
