Apply for this exciting job opportunity at Novo Nordisk!The PositionAs a Senior Project Manager for the FP Work-Package, you will play an essential role in the successful implementation of a new technology standard that covers the Finished Products area.As part of your work track, we expect the following content to be included:You will have the opportunity to be part of a new department and help us designing the new organisation and setting the standard whilst in collaboration with Fill/finish Expansions, which stands for expansions of Aseptic and Finished goods Production (AP). Project management of tasks within your work package including design of future technical solutions and process flows with focus on adherence to the FP standards and authority requirements. Coordination with Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) and managing responsibility for designing and implementing equipment. Coordination and alignment with local and global Work -Package Owners (WPO) peers Your workplace will be based Lyngby but as there is collaboration required on a global scale with our sites based in Europe, China, and US, some international travel will be required. It is estimated this will be a few days per month.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you need to have academic degree within natural sciences, engineering or similar and have minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Additionally, you need to have:Project management experience of technical or complex projects. Experience with driving design processes, documentation for qualification and implementation of new equipment. A flair for leadership and the ability to create results in a global stakeholder landscape with many different actors. A quality mindset and a drive to create the “right” solutions while challenging the status quo supported with data. An excellent command of verbal and written English; command of Danish or French in addition is a plus as some traveling to France, USA and within Denmark might be required. As a person, you are skilled at establishing relationships. You are proactive, solution-oriented and knowledge sharing is natural to you. You work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are naturally good at collaborating and communicating, also across professional groups, you can manage a high workload at times without losing sight and you have a can-do mindset. Furthermore, you embrace professional and personal diversity.About the DepartmentIL & FP is a newly established department within Fill/finished Expansion.
Whilst reporting to the Senior Manager of Intralogistics and FP execution, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our increasing department of Novo Nordisk employees and consultants helping shape the organisation. Our main goal is to develop standard production facilities covering all material handling from goods in to good out of the factories. This means that we need to design the process very thoroughly to secure all interfaces are designed in the best possible ways.Fill/finished Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling and finished production capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards to produce the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill/finished Expansions has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.Working at Novo NordiskNovo Nordisk is its people.
