Apply today and join us in our mission to improve the lives of patients! The position We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Science and Risk-based Validation (SRV) activities. Key responsibilities for this role will include: Communication with counterparts around the world. Maintaining clear communication flows in a highly complex stakeholder landscape. Facilitating meetings and communicating project updates to the organization. Assist in setting the direction for SRV for the fill & finish Expansions program. Qualifications As a Validation Project Manager, the ideal candidate should be skilled in collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They should be energetic, optimistic, and able to both create and execute plans. Clear and distinct communication in English, both written and spoken, is essential for the role. To be qualified for this role, we expect you to live up to the following: A degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, or another relevant field. You have a background from production and have experience in qualification or validation of processes/equipment’s , or you are a talented project manager with a swift mind for learning new things. You possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, preferably with experience from working internationally across borders and time zones. You’re not afraid of change and thrive in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty and ambiguity. About the department The Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product during the manufacturing process. They develop and implement quality control plans and work closely with other departments to maintain quality standards.
