We are looking for a Business Engagement Lead to join our Global Data Office (GDO) in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) . Apply today! Let’s talk about the role As a Business Engagement Lead you will have a key role in connecting the dots within data across the value chain. You will be part of setting the direction on how leverage the full potential of data – specifically you will be focusing on People Data and Finance Data, building bridges within these two fundamental functions. Additionally, your responsibilities will be: Taking accountability for the entirety of Global Data Office’s engagement within the People Organisation and Finance function business domains Overseeing the engagement and financial management of the entirety of the business engagement towards these domains Facilitating sparring and guiding the teams and both internal and external colleagues engaged in the business domain Actively contributing to the Global Data Office’s portfolio management, ensuring that our tactical and operational priorities and deliverables are aligned to relevant strategies. Which competencies to bring? We are open and welcoming of candidates form various backgrounds, such as Data Science, Project Management, Finance, etc. However, to thrive in this role, we expect you can tick off most of the following: At least 5 years of relevant experience, working with large amounts of Data in a complex organisation Previous experience working with People-related Data or Finance-related Data, ideally both Proven track record of delivering results to senior leadership, ideally cross-departmentally Demonstrable capacity of engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Ability to translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities, and conveying the purpose with passion and urgency We are seeking an individual with exceptional business acumen, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, a genuine change mindset, and the capacity to drive transformative change in a complex operational setting. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are also essential for success in this role.
