Receptionist Sct Thomas Hotel
Do you want to help give guests at Sct Thomas Hotel an experience they will never forget? Are you passionate about providing the best service, whether it is in the direct meeting with the guest, via email or phone.
Are you a positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated person, who is a good team player? Do you have an eye for retail and is service something that comes naturally to you? Are you born with leadership qualities and have experience in the hotel industry?
We are looking for
A receptionist who can be part of our team that welcomes our guests from near and far at Sct Thomas Hotel, and who makes sure to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensure that our guests feel welcome. Someone who is good at communicating and self-motivated while good at motivating others. You must have a good sense of work overview, while at the same time radiating a calm and positive demeanor.
Tasks:
Checking in and out of guests
Handling phone calls, answering emails and bookings and other tasks that arise in daily life
You are smiling and outgoing.
You have an eye for detail and can keep calm and overview in busy situations.
You can work independently, are responsible and stable.
You are flexible and not afraid to help take an extra shift, in case of illness or the like.
You are a skilled team player and can convey your good mood and energy to both guests and colleagues.
You also feel good in your own company, as some days you will also be alone at the reception.

About you
- You have at least one year's experience working in a hotel reception
- You are fluent in English -writing and speaking
- It is a plus to speak German or Turkish
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You are good at IT, especially the Office suite and preferably hotel and booking systems.
- As a person, you take ownership of both practical and administrative tasks.
