Tasks:
- Drive the reporting and cost documentation to the external authorities related to public funded cutting edge research and development projects
- Have the dialogue with the EU and Danish authorities such as Energistyrelsen regarding documentation and payment
- Ensure financial planning of publicly funded R&D projects is updated and monitored on regular basis together with the project managers in the Innovation organization
- Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the cost accounting system of projects where the company receives public funding
- Ensure compliance to R&D guidelines from both internal and external parties, as well as transfer pricing of R&D cost and royalties for the innovation function
- Creation of service Level Agreement within our clients company for internal support
Refine, improve and implement R&D related royalty payments from subsidiaries
Qualifications:
- Interested in law, rules and regulation of public funding
- Experience from a similar position
- Knowledge of SAP, in particular cost collectors such as projects and internal orders
- Knowledge of purchase orders and time registration
- Strong Danish skills - both oral and written - able to read law texts etc.
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Strong skills wihtin Excel
- Teamplayer that works with a smile and can work well together with the business
- Able to start right away
