Contribute from integration to architecture
Your focus will be to build and maintain our integrations connecting solutions across Milestone. This may be through new APIs, using Logical Apps for data integration or using ESB and event grid. You will unfold your skills designing, configuring and developing on Azure. Your primary tasks will be to:
• Setting standards for the integration approach and framework
• Work with stakeholders to make sure each component in the architecture has
a well described purpose
• Ensure that the architecture and integrations support efficient operation
and monitoring
• Build integrations for business processes connecting systems and solutions
• Support integration development in other IT departments
You can look forward to work closely together with team leads, developers, solution architects and product owners to maximize the business value of the solutions.
What we expect from you
You naturally know that successful integrations are based on dialogue, dialogue, dialogue. As such, you must thrive on proactively reaching out to relevant stakeholders. This also calls for your communications skills and your openness towards professional and cultural differences. You must be able to define what’s needed in order to develop the right solutions and bring the many pieces in the puzzle together. Your CV and/or cover letter may also contain some of these:
• Experience from working with integrations
• A desire to work in an agile environment
• Motivation for a steep learning curve within Azure and new technological areas
• Motivation for gradually taking on more responsibility as to match your growing skills
• An IT-oriented education at minimum bachelors’ level or alternatively 10+ years
of experience in this filed
• Having worked with several of the following: Azure, JSON, C#, SQL, XML/XSLT,
Powershell, Visual Studio
Your new team
Your will join a growing team of experienced IT professionals with responsibility for integrations, business intelligence and identity & access management. The team is part of Business Application Development in Global IT where you will get more than 30 new colleagues. As we have many nationalities in the team the working language is English.
