We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Data Analyst, who can support our journey in digitalising our processes and draw greater insights and predictions from our data. From comprehending the business needs, data collection, to the preparation and analysis of large data sets, your goal will be convey that into meaningful dashboards and visualisations.As a Business Data Analyst your main responsibilities will be to:Collaborate closely with many different stakeholders to understand business data needs and requirements Inspire and guide on how data can be used to support business strategies, projects, and/or processes Investigate data availability from various sources and transform data into actionable insights Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights Develop, implement, and maintain real-time dashboards and visualisations to convey key findings Prioritise incoming tasks based on strategic fit and business impact You will be part of a strong and engaging team ET Process Digitalisation who develops and implements innovative and scalable solutions working with low-code platforms, data, and analytics. Additionally, you will be having a dotted line to ET Strategy & Operational Excellence, where the strategic initiatives within our SVP area are anchored (Circular for Zero, cLEAN, and Strategy & Operational Excellence, etc.).Please note that both teams will be moving to site Taastrup from September 2024.Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field 3+ years of proven experience working in the interface between business and data/tech teams Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools and techniques, incl. database querying, data mining, data modeling (preferably, but not limited to Alteryx and Power Query), and data visualisation (preferably, but not limited PowerBi, Tableau, Grafana) Strong business acumen and work experience within the areas of LEAN, Logistics, Supply Chain Excellence, Sustainability initiatives or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a person, you are a team player, who thrives in an agile and dynamic environment, where priorities change rapidly. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. You are self-driven and approach tasks with a high degree of structure, energy, and curiosity and you set pride in high-quality deliverables. The position is anchored in Manufacturing Tech & Innovation within Emerging Technologies, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing and analytical approach by creating fully automatised, data driven, and continuous digital processes. The MT&I team currently consist of ~ 50 highly skilled and diverse colleagues with different scientific backgrounds, working with Manufacturing Intelligence, Process Digitalisation, Robotics, Extended Reality, and New Tech.
The Process Digitalisation unit has recently been established, currently consisting of 5 employees. With the rapid advancement within low-code platforms, data, and analytics, we are expecting to grow significantly this year and bring in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest techniques and software to draw greater insights and future predictions from the data and thus making a significant impact on how we manage the future manufacturing operation.Working at
