If so, apply today as you might be the new Project Facilitator we are looking for to join our Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM) Project Management Office (PMO). The position As Project Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting development and application of project standards by providing facilitation services for a growing portfolio of projects. Your key tasks include:
  • Supporting proper and efficient application of project management standards in specific projects
  • Designing and facilitating collaboration processes, including standardized project workshops, to deliver desired project outcomes (e.g. risk management)
  • Collaborating directly with project managers across the organisation
  • Contributing to the continuous development of PMO facilitation services to match project needs and strategic priorities
  • Supporting problem solving across projects and PMO processes
    • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold a master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or any other relevant field
  • Have previous experience in facilitation and managing multiple cross-functional project-related activities with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management practices and tools
  • Possess digital acumen and experience with tools like Miro, MS Planner, and MS Whiteboard
  • Display fluency in both spoken and written English
    • It would be considered as a plus if you have a certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP), Professional Facilitator, Design Thinking, or a few years of experience in a consulting role (internal or external). As a person, you possess a strong drive and a result-oriented mindset, coupled with excellent team collaboration skills. You are flexible and able to adapt to changes, all while thriving in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. You possess the ability to effectively engage people, build trust in relationships, and secure commitment from stakeholders. You can facilitate collaboration even within a complex environment with many stakeholders. About the Department The GCM PMO is a new team that aims to be the Centre of Excellence in Project Management for across the two units in Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM), Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP). The project organisations within GCM DS and DP are responsible for all commercial technology transfer projects to Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and securing a good handover of the day-to-day oversight to the operations organisations in GCM DS and DP. Currently the department is located in Søborg, but we will be moving with many of our colleagues (+3000) to a fully renovated facility in Høje Taastrup by the end of 2024 (expected).
