Join us! About the department Corporate Procurement is anchored with direct report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Novo Nordisk. We build strategies and execute improvement projects to optimize the global indirect spend of DKK 40 billion related to, e.g. R&D activities, marketing services, travel, professional advisory services and IT. R&D and laboratory sourcing department supports the global R&D organization and is responsible for ensuring products and services supply required to conduct research from a molecule to a product that will help millions of people around the world. The position As an Associate Sourcing Project Manager, you will assist the organisation with purchasing laboratory equipment and instruments, chemicals and consumables and services related to the laboratories, hence, ensuring best possible commercial and legal terms, optimal order flow and on-time delivery, without compromising on quality. Your main responsibilities will be: Coordinate with project stakeholders – identify, engage at an appropriate level, and proactively communicate independently Drive sourcing activities – from scoping, through e-sourcing, (e)negotiation, to contract negotiation and implementation. Manage relationship with vendors Work actively to secure procurement involvement in sourcing activities, turn procurement into trusted partner to the organization by clearly adding value and ensuring business needs are understood and met Qualifications You have a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics, Law, Supply Chain or similar with great results and combined with 2-3 years of relevant experience from working with CAPEX projects, procurement project management, sourcing, or category management in an international organization or a consulting company.
