As Project Manager in Digital Supply Chain your focus will be on driving key Supply Chain initiatives. You will work on implementing several projects and navigate between stakeholders across Novo Nordisk and at all levels. You will set clear directions for the projects, which will require you to have a structured approach and the ability to communicate in a professional yet simple manner. You will work on projects bridging between Supply Chain and IT and you will be looking into digital transformationpossibilities.Your primary tasks will include:drive implementation of supply chain projects in close collaboration with stakeholders from our global IT organisation plan and execute according to agreed objectives and milestones ensure best practice and robust Supply Chain solution designs stakeholder management - interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects Examples of Supply Chain initiatives:drive implementation of Regulatory Supply Chain signals drive integration of solutions with external partners drive implementation of new digital solutions You will work in an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and require team members from the business as well as IT to drive and collaborate around different tasks.Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business IT or similar, with excellent results a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as Project Manager preferably within Supply Chain strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills and clear communication a solid understanding of business processes, standardisation, and preferably with a flair for IT proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite
As a person, you are proactive, responsible and with a structured mindset. You are a team player, and you engage in developing the team, both professionally and personally and you have excellent cross-cultural collaboration.

You will join the Manufacturing Processes team within Digital Supply Chain and be part of a diverse group of 10 highly competent and engaged colleagues. Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Supply Chain & Finance, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Our main responsibilities are to develop digital solutions improving the global processes within the end-to-end Supply Chain.
