Then you are the Administrative Assistant, we are looking for. Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position As our new Administrative Assistant you will be an active member of the management team and support the managers in Emerging Technologies. Your main tasks will be:
  • Budget handling and follow-up
  • Coordination of meetings and seminars for the department and management, including calendar handling, preparation of agenda and minutes.
  • Support the management with tasks such as reporting, contributing to strategy response etc.
  • Maintain overview and drive processes according to agreed deadlines during smaller projects.
  • Onboarding of new colleagues
  • Furthermore, there will be various ad hoc tasks depending on business needs. The position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences and for personal and professional development Qualifications To succeed in this role you must have the following qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in similar administrative and supporting roles.
  • Experience with MS Office365 and general flair for IT
  • Experience within a management team or project is an advantage
  • Great coordination and structural skills
  • Great communication skills in both spoken and written Danish and English
  • As a person you are a positive relation builder, you are structured and service-minded. The tasks will be ever changing, and a can-do attitude is vital. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and as a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated and work independently. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. About the department Emerging Technologies QA is a new area within Novo Nordisk where the oral portfolio plays a significant role. Emerging Technologies QA has approximately 85 employees and we are growing. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets for the market. We are proud to work in a fast-growing part of Novo Nordisk. As part of Novo Nordisk we aim to make a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and manufacture all oral drug products late phase as well as for launch ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market.
