As our new HS Partner you will be leading the Health and Safety agenda within and across three business areas in PSQIT: Supply Chain and Business Development (SC&BD), PSQIT Finance and PSQIT Strategy & Sustainability, all located in office environment. Your role involves collaboration at various levels, working closely with dedicated health and safety representatives at the local level and strategically partnering with other Health and Safety leaders and managers. Moreover there will be a strong emphazie on you providing and/or facilitating support with a focus on mental wellbeing and psychological safety as well as ergonomics and other HS projects Additionally, you will also act as an advisor to the senior leaders in the three business areas on Health and Safety topics. Your main responsibilities will include: Health and Safety (HS) Partner covering SC&BD, PSQIT Finance, and PSQIT Strategy & Sustainability. Drive the HS organisations in SC&BD, PSQIT Finance, and PSQIT Strategy&Sustainability and collaborate in HS-related tasks within and across the organisations. Ensure HS processes is operated in accordance with our ISO45001 certified HS Management system. Drive relevant HS initiatives on PSQIT HS Plan across the organisations. Set the direction and facilitate execution on relevant local focus areas and programmes, e.g., organisational safety mindset. Provide and/or facilitate specialist support within fields like ergonomics, indoor climate, and other subjects in collaboration with colleagues. Ensuring that standard processes like audits, reporting, risk-, and workplace assessments are executed efficiently and to a high standard. The job’s scope is initially Denmark and can be extended to a global focus at a later stage. You will report to Head of Business Support Global Supply Chain & Business Development. Qualifications You are the ideal candidate if you have: Master’s degree, preferably within human resources, psychology or similar. 2-5 years’ work experience with health and safety for office-based workers with focus on mental wellbeing. Demonstrated ability to influence business strategy and objectives to reflect health and safety priorities. Managed leaders and stakeholder successfully at many levels. Successfully managed changes in large, complex organisations. Ability to communicate complex matters into clear recommendations. Worked independently and managed cross-functional projects. Danish and English must be mastered fluently in speaking and writing. As an individual you have high level of integrity, openminded and curious, and therefore constantly on the lookout for how to improve processes. You are a team player, a great collaborator, and you utilise your relationships with your stakeholders to achieve success in your projects and tasks. About the department Business Support Global Supply Chain and Business Development is a small team and part of the SVP-area, Supply Chain and Business Development (SC&BD). The SVP-areas SC&BD and PSQIT Finance consist of 700 employees and 90 employees respectively, primarily based in Bagsværd, Denmark and in Bangalore, India. The CVP-area PSQIT Strategy & Sustainability consists of 45 employees, primarily based in Bagsværd, Denmark.
