The you should continue reading this. The position As Associate Manager, you will head up a team of approximately 12 professionals responsible for primary packaging. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Support your employees in their daily operations and continuously work with process optimizations. • Lead, coach, and motivate the team as an instrumental part of developing both people and processes towards smarter solutions for our stakeholders and customers. • Set directions and prioritize, be a present and visible leader. • Ensure that the team meets planned deadlines and that you always have the most efficient workflows with strong cooperation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment and across a broad stakeholder landscape. You will be part of a well-functioning and highly professional team, which is characterized by constant development, cross-functional cooperation, and continuous development. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you: · Hold an Academic degree in Business, Natural Sciences, or similar. · Are a strong people leader with at least a few years of experience. · Are fluent in both spoken and written English. Spoken and written Danish is a benefit but not a must. · Possess a drive for actively engage with peers and director in the management team. · Have a strategic mindset, as it is essential for building and guiding the primary packaging department into the future. Experience within production/pharmaceuticals will be a great asset. As a manager, you must be able to challenge, inspire, and develop – both your employees and the team as a unit. You get good opportunities for close sparring with your team leader colleagues across the ManDev department and will be entering a dedicated management team where honesty, ambition and great laughs go hand-in-hand. About the VP area Material Manufacturing Development Material Manufacturing Development is part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp) and is responsible for raw materials and primary packaging materials from late-phase development to marketed production. Being part of the Material ManDev area, the department of Primary Packaging is cooperating with a variety of functions and stakeholders, including Development, QC, IT, QA, ISM, StSo and Novo Nordisk production sites locally and globally, as well as with external contract manufacturers. In Material ManDev we define the material control parameters, storage conditions and shelf life, and are involved in tasks from the implementation of new materials to life cycle management, and problem-solving by providing active scientific evaluations. Today Material Manufacturing Development is growing fast, and hence currently being divided into three departments: RAW, Analytical Development, and Primary Packaging. The new Primary Packaging department consists of three teams: Oral Primary Packaging & Test, Injectables Primary Packaging and Primary Packaging Projects and Processes. We currently seek an Associate Manager to head up the Primary Packaging Injectables team.
