Apply today!   The position As Change Manager you will work within our agile set up directly with the agile teams that are developing our digital solutions, including building a new computing environment integrating intelligent automation, and building a unified and scalable platform for collecting, managing, and sharing clinical trial data across sources. You will:
  • Be responsible for the change management activities from planning, over engagement and implementation.

  • Apply your ability to confidently challenge and influence our business processes for the benefit of the organisation while building credibility and trust by transparency, collaboration, and delivering results in partnership with lines of business within our Development area.

  • Be the go-to person and work closely with the project teams and change agents across various business functions in developing, aligning, and tracking the progress of the change, and providing them with expert advice and support.

  • Apply your fit-for-purpose portfolio of methodologies and tools in change management, process excellence and organisational transformation to enable our change agents to efficiently execute the change management plan.

  •   You will champion the use of best practice organisational change management standards, tools and processes, Collaborating closely with your fellow change management experts, you will cultivate influential stakeholder networks comprised of change agents to spearhead a transformative movement and instigate a cultural shift across Data Science. Embracing situational flexibility and agility, you will apply a proactive and open mindset in your approach to executing your responsibilities.    Qualifications We see our next colleagues as having:
  • Proven capabilities in delivering an organisational change management strategy that ensures lasting outcome through lasting change at all levels in the organisation

  • Excellent experience in redefining and refining operating models, organisation mapping and reinvention, and change risk and readiness assessment as part of driving cross functional transformation

  • Experience with being an active sparring partner and facilitate change to ensure project teams are enabled to drive the right change management activities

  • Highly collaborative as you will be partnering with various functions, across the organization, and change management colleagues supporting other projects with strong interdependencies

  • Proven consultancy toolbox and exceptional communication skills aligned with all stakeholder levels

  • Ability to build and foster networks of change champions and agents across the organisation

  • Qualification in project management and OCM methodologies in an agile set up. We work according to the SAFe principles

  •   As a person, you are empathic and energetic, and excel in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. You are curious, open minded and highly self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision. You have a global mindset and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a strong understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people.   About the department In Novo Nordisk, Development is responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide helping Novo Nordisk in driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases through developing innovative and sustainable treatment solutions and making them accessible to patients worldwide. Our area, Data Science Strategic & Digital Development, supports the Data Science organisation with defining and executing its flagship digitalisation initiatives towards enabling our clinical submissions with data insights and realising strategic aspirations. You will join our team of 5 change managers, who all bring different backgrounds and skills to driving change in the company.
