. The position We are looking for a Sr. Analytics Partner to join Supply Chain Data & Analytics, supporting the area of International Operation. In this role, you will work in an agile delivery team and support our journey towards global supply chain transparency. You will build data models and dashboards for high impact analytics projects, scoping and driving your own projects with stakeholders across the global supply chain organization. You will primarily work with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, but with development opportunities in data foundation, data visualization, and project and stakeholder management. Your goal is to utilize data to create insights that drive actions in the organization. Qualifications Master’s degree and min. 3 years of experience within Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or other relevant area. Ability to identify problems and structure plans for solutions. Expert in data transformation and analysing complex, high-volume data from multiple sources. Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and actionable way. Expertise with analytical tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar. Ability to review analysis and provide constructive methods for optimisation. Understanding of supply chain management. Responsibilities As a Sr. Analytics Partner, you will take a leading role in driving the technical side of projects, facilitating roll-out and stakeholder management, and setting the standard of analytics within our global supply chain organization. You should have a can-do attitude and an analytical mindset, and be able to test new techniques, tools, and ways of working. You should be great at what you do, have an eye for details, and can take the lead on projects. You should also have a burning desire to learn new things and be curious about the processes and people you work with. You should be able to work both independently and together with others and can communicate with stakeholders with differing levels of analytics knowledge, from across the globe, and across organizational levels. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, as we are a global company and an international team. About the department: In the Supply Chain Data & Analytics department, you will be working in a team on the frontier of analytics with a focus on developing solutions to bridge our central and global Supply Chain organization even closer. Using the growing data landscape within Novo Nordisk, we carry out complex analyses and build data-driven tools to deliver business insights and value to different departments within the organization. Our ambition is to use the latest computational tools and techniques to help create a future-ready and intelligent supply chain. You will join a diverse team consisting of colleagues from several different countries and will be supported by our Supply Chain Experts providing solid supply chain understanding, Data Engineers providing analytics-ready data as well as other Data Scientists.
