The Position We are looking for a Supply Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management & site Finances incl. procurement. The team which consists of 13 dedicated employees with various business functions managing responsibilities include organizing, and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports. site budgets, volumes, production plans and procurement incl. technical warehouse. The main responsibilities will be: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services Supervise, coach and train workforce. Comply with laws, regulations and ISO/GMP requirements Oversee the operations and development of the production, budgeting, recruiting, training Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company as status financially and production forecasts. In this role you will create production plans for the sites production lines, maintaining metrics and analyzing the data to preparate the quarterly and annual account reconciliations. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. You will keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and resolve any arising problems or complaints. You will meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain or similar. 1-3 years of leadership experience. Understanding Master Data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Proven working experience with finance & supply chain / production planning and SAP. Good english communications skills . As a person you have a responsible attitude, with decision-making abilities, focusing on leading and managing staff. You have excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, working independently and handling multiple tasks. Your excellent verbal and written communications skills are very good on people management and presentations. About the Department In IFP Kalundborg, Finished Production we are responsible for the production of diabetes products for our patients, and we do this with daily pride and with focus on cross-collaboration and a flat hierarchy.
