Our business is growing and so are we. Therefore, we expand our management team with an additional Associate Manager position, to head up our raw material warehouse team at site Kalundborg. The position is organised within Sourcing Operations as a part of CSDS (Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability). The Position You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of raw materials, to our receiving production sites. The position requires a close stakeholder management element, where continuously alignment with peers across Novo Nordisk supply chain is key to success. Furthermore, it is important to ensure a close interaction internally, with the part of the department that is located at site Hillerød. As a part of our leadership DNA, we constantly seeking optimization and therefore a part of the position will be to ensure, that our processes run optimally and in interaction with our customers. With the many customers across Novo Nordisk, it is crucial to see the bigger picture and how we can serve the business with good standards and high-quality mindset. Your main responsibilities include: Ensuring daily operations of a two-shift workforce.

Leading and coaching your employees to do their best.
To set direction linked to Sourcing Operation strategy.
You will be a part of a strong management team that consist of six other leaders and a specialist. The management team culture is inclusive, collaborative, fun and with great professionalism. In the daily operations, you will work closely together with the manager present in the warehouse at site Kalundborg. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: GMP experience.
Proven leadership experience.
Communication fluent in Danish and English.

You are well balanced and able to lead yourself through the day and life in general. As a leader, you have a strong business perspective and with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery and cost. You are comfortable being challenged by more senior stakeholders in decisions on quality issues and your high level of personal integrity and robustness enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. You are challenging your colleagues to ensure the best result and have no issues in leading a side. You are well organised and create strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. About the Department The department consists of +100 employees that daily ensures the execution of reception, sampling, order handling and global dispatching of raw materials. The department is divided into two locations (Kalundborg and Hillerød) with most of the people in Hillerød.
