In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with GMP regulations while contributing substantially to the ongoing optimization of warehouse processes. Your focus will be on preparing the warehouse for future growth and changes, and actively participating in safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing new products and processes into warehouse activities, playing a critical role in effective warehouse capacity management and project implementation. Lastly, you will oversee a significant aspect of label responsibility within the warehouse, ensuring the creation, maintenance, and compliance of Master labels, contributing significantly to enhancing overall efficiency and compliance in warehouse operations. You will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain current SOPs and facilitate communication between supply chain, projects, and warehouse operations for streamlined and efficient collaboration.
- Focus on quality assurance and compliance by guiding the warehouse in adhering to quality and GMP requirements. Manage change requests and deviations, actively participate in qualification, and validation activities.
- Actively engage in workshops, tests, and process enhancements to contribute to operational optimization, applying LEAN methodologies.
- Make your mark on the labeling process and ensure a robust and maintained flow. You can also look forward to participating in projects across the organization, collaborating with diverse teams, as well as sharing your insights and expertise. Finally, you will have a chance to engage in various projects related to the warehouse, which may involve presenting cases during audits, providing training for operators, and ensuring the success of cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you probably have the following qualifications:
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish.
- Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability.
- An academic degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or technical education.
- A hands-on approach to executing processes and tackling challenges.
- Experience with GMP.
Previous support experience, as well as experience within Warehouse, Production, and Supply chain are advantageous but not a prerequisite. About the Department
You will be joining the Warehouse team at NNPR, situated in the Supply Chain department, playing a key role in the department's core functions. The Warehouse is responsible for overseeing inbound processes, managing deliveries for production, and ensuring the preparation for shipment. In this collaborative environment, you will closely work with two other support professionals to streamline and optimize workflows.
