The position In your role as Transportation Design & Validation Engineer, your key responsibility is to develop transportation solutions, perform risk assessments, and ensure quality ambitions are fulfilled from the start to end of our product’s journey. Your main tasks include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan the projects, develop the solution, qualify the equipment, and thoroughly document the process Investigating existing processes and designs with innovative and sustainable solutions Being in close dialogue with global project stakeholders, suppliers, and external test facilities Ensuring suitable design, material, technical performance, processability, and safety of the transportation systems Creating protocols, coordinating tests, and maintaining meticulous documentation to make sure that the products fulfil requirements and regulations Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you: Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical design, or another relevant technical field Possess applied experience in manufacturing or quality assurance Have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and product validation reporting Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English It would also be considered an advantage if you have experience in transportation and are familiar with risk analysis and GDP. As a person, you have a systematic, analytical, and thorough approach. You take pride in meeting your deadlines and never compromise on quality in your work. You are keen on contributing to finding sustainable solutions and enjoy a self-supporting role where you work as the go-to person with in-depth expertise within your field. You have a sense of initiative and excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you navigate your way around colleagues, foreign authorities, and other stakeholders. About the department You will join a dedicated and highly capable team in DMD, located in Hillerød, Denmark. We develop and validate transport solutions used for transportation of raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients, bulk products, and finished goods in . Furthermore, we execute heat studies on assembly and packaging lines throughout . The team works closely with all manufacturing units, Logistics & Distribution and Sustainable Supply Chain departments.
