Logistics and Planning Manager.
As our current Logistics and Planning Manager has decided to travel the world, so we are now looking for a dedicated Logistics and Planning Manager who with knowledge and commitment, can lead and develop our Logistics Department and align our Global capacity with customer demand. You will be part of an organization that is dedicated to green energy, with skilled and motivated colleagues around the world. Your base will be at our factory in Lem.
Your responsibilities and tasks
Reporting directly to the VP Factory Manager in Lem, you will have the overall responsibility for 4 employees to ensure the day to day running of the logistics and planning functions in the department and to further develop these functions. Further to this, you will be a key player on the factory management team. In addition, you will be responsible for Master Planning and as such you will be working on a Global scale aligning our global capacity with our customer demands.
Professional background
You have a thorough knowledge of logistics and planning in a global production facility. You now feel that you are ready to move into a position with overall responsibility for these functions and ready to take on the key role of ensuring an effective Global Master Planning function. An educational background corresponding to an Engineering degree is preferred.
Personal qualifications
You are structured and systematic with the ability to analyse, focus, and drive tasks to successful conclusions. You will be using your communication abilities not only at all levels in our global organization but also directly with our customers.
