At Demant, we follow our products entire lifecycle, from the first idea in R&D through development, manufacturing and to the customer's hands. Or in this case ears.” Says your new manager, Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager, Nikolaj Mazor, and continues “Working with the entire supply chain will allow you to gain a deep understanding of every component, process, and stakeholder involved and take responsibility for optimizing each link in the supply chain, leading to improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.”
Working with end-to-end supply chain
The role offers a dynamic blend of data analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration. With this exciting role you can expect to engage with international stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of our global supply chain and optimize processes.
“We have 25+ wholesale entities who operate in different ways. One of your tasks will be to dive into this and help us understand it better by giving us an overview, so we can standardize ways of working. We have already started in Europe, and we are now looking towards the rest of the world, and that’s where we need you” tells Nikolaj.
In the new role you will:

You have an ambitious mindset and thrive in a global and dynamic environment with constant changes, allowing you to take in and participate in various projects in the end-to-end supply chain. Furthermore, you have strong interpersonal and intercultural skills to build relationships and ensure a solid collaboration with our global colleagues.

You should expect 20-30 days of travelling yearly to our global wholesale- and production sites.

Based out of our headquarters in Denmark, you will join the Global Supply Chain department, where you will have more than 130 colleagues waiting to welcome you, half of them located in Smørum, the other half in Mierzyn, Poland
We sit in an open space office with our colleagues from global procurement, global planning and other sales and operations specialist, so if you have questions, the answer is right around the corner.

In the new role you will:
- plan and conduct analyses of our global operations to identify areas of improvements related to distribution (inbound/outbound), warehouse, and inventory activities,
- establish and continuously improve standard processes globally by analyzing the as-is process, building relations and applying change management procedures to implement the to-be process,
- contribute to the development of our end-to-end global supply chain by performing various analyses, participating in cross functional projects and promoting the strategic agenda,
- provide strategic and operational recommendations to ensure achievement of business objectives,
- drive strategic projects.
Supply Chain background

In addition to the qualifications listed above, we are looking for someone who:
- has a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management, or have multiple years of relevant experience,
- experience within supply chain management and optimization of global processes,
- structured and analytical mindset and understands how to communicate complex cases,
- competencies within cross-cultural and international stakeholder management and the ability to mobilize stakeholders to reach the best possible solutions.
