Dragsholm Slot, located in beautiful Odsherred, is searching for a full-time sommelier or waiter to join the team. The castle is set in a busy estate, which is always evolving; therefore, we are looking to expand our team.The castle operates as a hotel with several restaurant concepts. These include banqueting & conferences; Dragsholm Slot Food House with a café and a lively, informal lunch restaurant; The Bistro with a smaller a la carte menu and lastly the gourmet restaurant Dragsholm Slot Gourmet, where you get the full castle experience. The latter of these has held a Michelin star since 2017.Dragsholm Slot became a member of the renowned hotel and restaurant guide Relais & Châteaux in 2018.
