We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated professional to join our Finance & Compliance team. Apply now! The position The role consists of being instrumental partner to the CVP of Corporate Accounting, supporting key decision processes and drive management processes including the business plan and financial planning. The role also includes coordinating internal activities (e.g. offsites and unit meetings), preparation of Audit Committee material as well as ad hoc presentations for various internal and external events. The function will also drive strategic projects both within Corporate Accounting and across Finance & Compliance. Through your work you will be exposed to many different parts of Novo Nordisk, building a strong network across the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Flexible and agile in order to manage multiple tasks
  • Qualifications To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
  • Intercultural skills or international experience through studies or work experience
  • Hold a recent Master’s degree from a university or business school
  • Achieved at least 1 year experience within executive support, consulting or similar
  • A strong track record of getting things done, an analytical mindset and strong Power Point skills
  • In addition, you are digitally savvy and as a person, open-minded, proactive team-player, quality-focused and perform well under pressure. We see Business Support as the ‘glue’ in the organisation, and thus you have strong integrative skills, as well as being fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level. About the department While you will work closely with the CVP of Corporate Accounting and the Corporate Accounting Management team, you will be part of the Business Support team, working across Finance & Compliance. Finance & Compliance is a specialised and ambitious unit with a truly global outlook – currently we are around 20 different nationalities. In addition to Corporate Accounting, other units are Corporate Tax, Group Internal Audit, the Business Ethics Compliance Office and the Digital Finance & Architecture team.
