Then you could be the new Management Assistant in the Research & Early Development (R&ED) Executive Office. The job As Management Assistant you will support the R&ED Executive Office team and be part of a global team providing excellent administrative support and working across all of R&ED to solve cross-organis ational tasks. You will be working with highly engaged colleagues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all levels, on tasks such as:
  • Prepare budgets and monthly follow-up
  • Calendar support, incl. booking meetings and travels
  • Support the practical onboarding process and welcome new employees and international guests
  • Planning of offsites and events
  • Manage purchase of supplies and services
  • Support and contribute to projects
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
  • You will be an active member of the Executive Office team and get broad insight into the R&ED organisation at senior level. Furthermore, you will be part of the R&ED Leadership PA group. The position offers great opportunities for utilising your personal skills and for personal and professional development. You will be quite visible in an ever-changing organisation. As an ideal candidate you:
  • Have relevant working experience from a similar role
  • Are a positive team player, flexible, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of integrity
  • You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy working with tight deadlines and as a part of a dynamic team
  • Are self-motivated, work independently and used to thinking steps ahead of others and secure coordination
  • Contribute actively to the positive workplace culture and build strong networks
  • Are a skilled user of IT systems, including MS Office
  • Can communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level
  • Are comfortable working with many different stakeholders
  • On a personal level, you are curious, well organised, and a proactive problem solver. You are reliable, and service-minded. You have a structured approach to your tasks and enjoy solving administrative tasks with great efficiency and sense for detail.
