Then you could be the Project Manager for Freeze-dryer equipment for Biotech and Rare Diseases (BRD) in the AP Expansions Program.  
The position As the Project Manager for BRD Freeze-drying you will act as Work Package Owner for the team that identifies and defines the needed requirements and technology for a successful implementation of new freeze dryers. You will handle project manager activities in the work package such as taking part in setting and communicating clear goals and purpose for the work package. You will be responsible for planning and following up on work package deliverables, timeline planning, and quality. You are responsible for assuring effective use of time and resources in your team while building employer motivation. Important choices and decisions will reside in your team, and you will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders, harvest the inherent experiences of the company, and combine the input with state-of-the-art aseptic production technology to decide on the best solutions for freeze dryer equipment. During the next phases you will head the supplier contact and the installation, as well as participating in validation planning and operational readiness.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
• A relevant academic degree and 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Have experience within freeze drying in a pharmaceutical manufacturing process
• It is an advantage if you have experience with isolators.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.

About the department You will be part of the BioTech and Rare Disease Tech. Standards department in AP Expansions. AP Expansions is anchored in Product Supply, which globally address 19,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 44,000 employees.  The responsibility of AP Expansions is to plan and execute the establishment of new aseptic filling capacity across the global manufacturing network within BioTech and Rare Diseases (BRD) and Injectable Finished Products (IFP) for new filling platforms while ensuring harmonisation and global standards. This includes raising the bar for how we handle both ingoing materials and well as the filled items, reducing the need for human intervention. In AP Expansions you will be part of a Program that will increase the aseptic filling capacity to serve needs of millions of patients.   Working at Novo Nordisk Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products.
