The position
As a Processes Implementation Specialist within Test Material Management, you'll play a key role in applying cutting-edge test material standards within our dynamic unit. Your mission will be to fortify and streamline test material processes, ensuring they evolve seamlessly to empower IFP's expansion initiatives. Envision yourself orchestrating operational excellence across all seven IFP sites, navigating through inspection, assembly, and packaging lines. Your role as a Processes Implementation Specialist within Test Material Management at IFP demands a meticulous approach to streamline processes, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout our expansive operations. This is an opportunity to lead and elevate our standards, contributing significantly to the success of our organization. As our Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll be at the forefront of innovation. Embracing the Line of Business (LoB) perspective, you'll lead the charge in implementing standardized processes. You will be working closely with stakeholders from diverse departments to sculpt a future where efficiency meets precision. Other responsibilities include: Storage and transport requirements for test materials (quality, compliance, security etc.)
Systematic problem-solving
Deviation handling
Audit/inspection support
Leading improvement initiatives
In this role some number of international travels can be expected.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: An Academic Degree within supply chain, chemical, production engineer or similar
At least 5 years of relevant experience from Supply Chain in manufacturing
Quality mindset and GxP experience
Ability to make quick decisions on the floor without compromising on quality
Professional proficiency in English
On a personal level, you are structured and thrive on having contact with many people. You can easily create a long - lasting network with colleagues and various stakeholders by using your excellent communication skills. Additionally, you can quickly generate an overview and prioritize your tasks in a busy working day. Furthermore, you are keen to work in a quality management system.

Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (IFP) is an area within Novo Nordisk that is responsible for production across 7 strategic sites. We are looking for a Specialist handling test materials within IntraLogistics and Supply Chain in Business Support.
